Central configuration of service account

Central configuration of service account

Once you created a service account in Salesforce the details of this account must be entered in DocuFlow. This page describes where to enter it’s details.

Instructions

  1. Search for DocuFlow Settings in the App Launcher:

  2. Press Settings:

  3. Choose Salesforce > Settings in the menu on the left side:

  4.  Under Salesforce Connection Settings enter the details of the service account: Salesforce User name (1), Salesforce Password (2) and Salesforce Security token (3), see Get (or reset) security token in Salesforce (by end-user)

  5. If you use a service account, documents are normally saved in Salesforce as if they were created by the service account. Check the Impersonate document signer checkbox to change this into the ‘real’ user. Make sure you followed these steps before you do this:

    1. Enable 'Create Audit Fields' permission

    2. Create and configure a permission set
