Admin account in DocuFlow to login
Microsoft Service account , with the correct rights to work in DocuFlow
TIP Work outside the company network, Microsoft will apply the right token to the account so DocuFlow can be used for processes.
Go to the DocuFlow enviroment by using the url.
Press the icon and go to settings.
Go to CRM.
Press the add icon to add a new connection |

| Press the edit icon to edit a connection. |

Select a CRM connection. Select a CRM connection and press the slidbars to test the connection. |

Select a CRM icon and press one of the sign icons to select an environment as the standard. |

Select a CRM connection and select the trashvan to delete the connection. | Warning! Don’t delete the wrong connection. |
Select Microsoft CRM , then select the add sign to make a connection.
Enter the right data:
Name | Choose a logical en recognisable name for the connection. |

Url | Fill in the url to the CRM environment |

Authentication type | OAuth |
|
Username | fill in the right account |
|
Token | When the account is linked this will be set to present. |

Authenticate | Press the button and login with microsoft credentials. | Tip: do this outside the company network so Docuflow alwasy has acces. |
Now you can call upon this connection in the proces editor whilst using the plugin Microsoft For Dynamics for Sales 365.
