Step 7: Create a Salesforce service account for DocuFlow (DocuBuilder) (optional)
It is possible to connect DocuFlow (DocuBuilder) and Salesforce through a service account, this account is usually a dedicated Salesforce administrative account. Using a dedicated service account makes it easier for end-users to connect to DocuFlow and rights for DocuFlow can easily be managed centrally in Salesforce. Using a service account requires some extra configuration in Salesforce.
