  • DocuFlow consists of:

    • an app on your PC

    • a plug-in (DocuFlow tab) in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint OR an online plug-in for Office 365.

  • Install the software with all users.

Step by Step

  1. Make sure all programs are closed.

  2. Prior to installation, check which Office version is active (32-bit or 64-bit). You can read how to check this here: Finding out the Office version

  3. Go to the Documizers download portal and log in with your e-mail address and your Microsoft password.

  4. Browse to the DocuFlow folder:

     

  5. Download the appropriate installation file:

     

  6. Make sure the downloaded file is in a local folder (e.g., C:\Gebruikers\Gebruikersnaam\Downloads).

  7. Double-click the downloaded file to start the installation.

  8. Depending on your security settings in Windows, screens like this appear. Where necessary, click Yes or Run:
