Installing DocuFlow Office 365 Add-ins.
Office 365 Add-ins are available for DocuFlow that can be centrally deployed by the Office 365 administrator(s) for all users of DocuFlow. These Add-ins make it possible to process documents or e-mails with DocuFlow without DocuFlow having to be installed as an application on your PC.
Step by Step
There are two Office 365 Add-ins (apps) available, one for Word, Excel and PowerPoint and one for Outlook. Installation is as follows:
Go to the Microsoft 365 management center (https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal)
Choose Settings > Integrated Apps:

Choose Upload Custom Apps:
Â
Choose Specify link to manifest file:
Â
Enter the link to the appropriate manifest file and click Validate:
For Word, Excel and Powerpoint: https://office365addin.platform.documizers.com/manifest.xml
For Outlook: https://office365addin-outlook.platform.documizers.com/manifest.xml
After Validating, click Next:

Select one or more users or groups where the App should be visible and click Next:

Confirm the authorization requests with Next:
Click Finish Implementation to complete the installation:

If the installation went well, the screen below will appear. Confirm with Done:
The installation process is the same for both Office 365 Add-ins, only the link to the manifest file is different.
If all went well, a new button appears on the Start tab in Outlook or in Word/Excel/PowerPoint: DocuFlow:

Please note!
Keep in mind that it may take several hours (or sometimes days) for Microsoft to roll out the Office 365 Add-ins to all selected users.

If for some reason the add-in does not become visible, it may be useful to manually Refresh it.
