Het is mogelijk om DocuBuilder te starten vanuit Salesforce, waarbij alle gegevens van de betreffende Salesforce entiteit / object (en de eventueel daaraan gekoppelde gegevens) automatisch in het document kunnen worden opgenomen.

With the DocuFlow App you can create buttons on various objects. By clicking a button, details from the current record in Salesforce are transferred to the document.

Examples:

• On the ‘Opportunity’ Page Layout in Salesforce a DocuFlow button ‘Quote’ is available. By pressing the button, the Record Id of the current opportunity is pre-selected in DocuFlow.

• On the ‘Account’ Page Layout in Salesforce a DocuFlow button ‘Letter’ is available. By pressing the button, the Record Id of the current account is pre-selected in DocuFlow and only the ‘Letter’ templates are available in DocuFlow.
