Installation or upgrade DocuBuilder Template Manager

  • Plug-in for Word (tab: DocuBuilder Settings).

  • Intended for all DocuBuilder administrators. Consider:

    • Manage templates and text blocks in DocuBuilder.

    • Create/modify users.

    • Manage settings for email, digital signature, storage, etc.

Step by Step

  1. Make sure all programs are closed.

  2. Prior to installation, check which Office version is active (32-bit or 64-bit). You can read how to check this here: Finding out the Office version

  3. Go to the Documizers download portal and log in with your e-mail address and your Microsoft password.
If you do not already have a Microsoft account, you will be asked to verify your e-mail address. In that case, the screen below will appear:

Click Send Code, enter the code sent to you by email and click Verify. If necessary, check "Stay logged in" so you don't have to verify your e-mail address again next time.

  4. Download the appropriate installation from the DocuBuilder Template Manager folder (Office 32bits or Office 64bits).

  5. Make sure the downloaded file is in a local folder(e.g., C:\Gebruikers\Gebruikersnaam\Downloads).

  6. Double-click the downloaded file to start the installation.

  7. Click Next and Yes when prompted and close with Close.

  8. Repeat the above steps on all PCs where the DocuBuilder Template Manager will be used.
