The content of the “Salesforce field” is responsible for the connection between DocuFlow (DocuBuilder) and Salesforce. The other half of the connection is determined by the DocuBuilder field.

In Salesforce there are three fields that can be used to connect DocuFlow users and Salesforce users. To find the Salesforce fields, go to Setup > Users > Users. Choose the user and click Edit.

  1. General Information > Username

     

  2. General Information > Email

     

  3. Single Sign On Information > Federation ID
