A connected app is a framework that enables DocuFlow to integrate with Salesforce using APIs and standard protocols. This page gives you a detailed instruction how to set up the DocuFlow Connected App in Salesforce.

For more detailed information about what a Connected App is and how to set it up in Salesforce, please see Connected Apps in help.salesforce.com.

Instructions

  1. In Salesforce go to Setup:

     

  2. Search for Platform Tools > AppsApp Manager:

     

  3. Press New Connected App:

     

  4. Under Basic Information fill in the three required fields:

     

    • Connected App Name: DocuFlow_Connected_App

    • API Name: DocuFlow_Connected_App_Documizers

    • Contact Email: Your own email address

  5. Under API (Enable OAuth Settings) check Enable OAuth Settings:

     

  6. Two new required fields will appear: Callback URL and Selected OAuth Scopes.

  7. In the Callback URL field, fill in the following URL (replace xxxxx with your own DocuFlow instance name):
    https://xxxxx.platform.documizers.com/DocuBuilder/EntrySalesforceOAuth.aspx

    This Callback URL fields can also be found in DocuFlow Settings. See Get OAuth Callback Url

  8. Click on the icon on the right of the Oauth Callback Url field to copy the URL to your clipboard:

     

     

  9. Selecteer in de kolom Available OAuth Scopes de scope Full access (Full). Verplaats deze naar de kolom Selected OAuth Scopes door op de knop Add te klikken tussen de twee kolommen:

     

  10. Klik boven of onderin het scherm op de knop Save om de nieuwe connected app op te slaan:

     

  11. Salesforce geeft een waarschuwing dat het even kan duren voordat de app te gebruiken is. Klik op Continue om te bevestigen dat je dit hebt gelezen:
