The content of the “Salesforce field” is responsible for the connection between DocuFlow (DocuBuilder) and Salesforce. The other half of the connection is determined by the DocuBuilder field. |
In Salesforce there are three fields that can be used to connect DocuFlow users and Salesforce users. To find the Salesforce fields, go to Setup > Users > Users. Open Choose the user and choose click Edit.
General Information > Username
General Information > Email
Single Sign On Information > Federation ID
