The content of the “DocuBuilder field” is responsible for the connection between DocuFlow (DocuBuilder) and Salesforce. The other half of the connection is determined by the Salesforce field. |
In DocuFlow (DocuBuilder) there are three fields that can be used to connect DocuFlow (DocuBuilder) users and Salesforce users. To find the DocuFlow (DocuBuilder) fields, go to User management > Users. Choose the user and choose Edit.
