Report spam sensitive email in SMTP server

DocuBuilder and DocuFlow use an included SMTP server to send emails.

This SMTP server provides gradation regarding Spam sensitivity to the sender of the email sent.

Manually view results via the supplied SMTP account

  1. Login with the supplied SMTP account via https://panel.cobytes.email/

  2. Go to Outgoing → Logs

  3. Enter Show Results
    The emails sent are displayed.

  4. Enter a desired selection.

  5. Provide periodic transmission of the created report.
    In the example below, the report is sent daily at 9 a.m. to j.kuijper@documizers.com

  6. Selection(s) are stored in reports.
    Report(s) can be managed via: Reporting → Email Scout Reports - Outgoing)
    Enter Show Results and the report(s) will be displayed.
