Step 2d - Install DocuBuilder template manager & DocuBuilder client

DocuBuilder is a cloud application, which means that Documizers has installed this software centrally and manages the updates.
However, there are 2 parts in the software, which need to be installed locally on the computer:

  1. Template manager - (for templates administrators only) Add-on in MS-Word for managing the templates and text blocks

  2. DocuBuilder client - (for all users) Add-on in MS-Word, which makes it possible to

  • edit the document before it is saved, offered for digital signature or sent via e-mail

  • create documents from within MS Word

  • Insert text blocks

  • insert signatures

Step by Step

  1. After ordering the software, you will receive an email the link to your download portal.

  2. Here you will find the "DocuBuilder client" and "DocuBuilder Template Manager" applications.

  3. Download the software and install it at the appropriate users. For further installation see: Installatie DocuBuilder
