Individual user configuration

Instructions

1. Search for DocuFlow Settings in the App Launcher:

   Open

   

    

2. Press Settings:

   Open

   

    

3. Go to User management > Users. Choose the user and click Edit:

    

4. Go to External Systems and choose Salesforce:

    

5. Enter the Salesforce User name and check the Use service account checkbox. Press Test connection if you would like to test your service account connection settings.
   
   

    

6. Choose OK to save your settings.
