It is possible to connect DocuFlow and Salesforce through a service account, this account is usually a dedicated Salesforce administrative account. Using a dedicated service account makes it easier for end-users to connect to DocuFlow and rights for DocuFlow can easily be managed centrally in Salesforce. We recommend using a service account, but this requires some extra configuration in Salesforce.
