Modify existing DocuBuilder buttons

After the DocuBuilder buttons are created, they can be modified afterwards, by modifying the URL of DocuBuilder.
For settings of the URL see Step 3: Creation of DocuBuilder buttons

Step by Step

  1. In Insite, navigate to the screen where the button is to be edited.

  2. Open Site Management:

     

  3. Click Edit:

     

  4. In the group, click Layout:

     

  5. Click on Button to be customized and click Settings:

     

  6. Go to Tab Item Settings → Page → and click on the page

     

  7. The page opens and click on Edit

  8. Go to Pagina information → Features

     

  9. Go to Tab-General → Integration URL and modify the URL

     

  10. Example: https://xxxxxx.platform.documizers.com/DocuBuilder/EntryInsiteSecure.aspx?T=890&Title=Create+other+document

  11. Click on Customize

     

  12. Click Publish Draft

     

  13. The modification is published and close this screen

     

  14. On the screen from which the page is called, click Customize

     

  15. Click Publish

     

  16. The button has been modified (in this case the Icon with the correct description)
