The content of the “DocuBuilder field” is responsible for the connection between DocuFlow (DocuBuilder) and Salesforce. The other half of the connection is determined by the Salesforce field.

In DocuFlow (DocuBuilder) there are three fields that can be used to connect DocuFlow (DocuBuilder) users and Salesforce users. To find the DocuFlow (DocuBuilder) fields, go to User management > Users. Choose the user and choose Edit.
