Step by Step
1. Search in Business Central for DocuBuilder Setting:
2. Login with your username and password into DocuBuilder settings
When logging in for the first time on a computer, you have to login with firstsetup@documizers.com and ‘Documizers2022!’.
3. Select the roles to be customized with Layouts
Initially, all users have the rights for all Lay-outs.
By removing the users from the UNUSED Lay-outs, the action Lay-out remains left.
Go to: User management → Roles → Select a role value that you DO NOT want to use.
4. Remove users that are NOT desired for a given Lay-out
A. The Lay-out that will NOT be used
B. Default = switch off, so this role will not be applied for new users
C. Tab-Members - Chapters with users of this role
D. [Members] Customize users for this role
E. Select users for this role
F. [<] Make selected members ‘Not a member’
G. [OK] Save adjustments
