After the DocuBuilder Business Central App is connected to the DocuBuilder environment, the configuration of this connection in DocuBuilder can be completed.

Step by Step

  1. Search for DocuBuilder Settings:

  2. DocuBuilder will start and you will be redirected to the login page. Fill in your User name and Password, then click [Log In].
    When using this setup for the first time, the user 'Admin' and password 'system' can be used.
    Do not forget to rename these later. See: Changing the Admin password

  3. Go to Microsoft Business CentralSettings.

    1. For Dynamics 365 Business Central (online)

    2. For Business Central on Premise

Option

Description

1 - Online only

Domain / Tenant ID (Dynamics 365 BC – online)

Name of the domain. For example: Documizers.com
Or the ID of the Tenant. For example:


1b - Online only

Environment (Dynamics 365 BC – online)

Name of the Business Central environment.
For example:

  • Empty with a production environment

  • Sandbox

  • Demo_environment

1 - On premise only

Url (Dynamics BC – on premise / PaaS)

Complete URL of the Business Central environment

Administration (Company Name)

Service user name

Business Central service account - Username

Service Web Key

Business Central service account - Web Service Access Key

4. After everything is filled in click [Test connection]
