DocuFlow zit aan is linked to SharePoint gekoppeld via een a service account.
Hieronder staat beschreven waar je de koppeling met SharePoint configureert.

Step by Step

  1. Configure the SharePoint connection

  • In DocuFlow, click on Configuration (1) → [Plugins] (2).

  • Selecteer de Select the plugin Office 365 / SharePoint - bestandretrieve file(ens) ophalen (3) → [Wijzig gebruikers Change user data] (4).

  • Klik op Verbindingen Click Connections (5).

  • Selecteer de regel met Select the line with SharePoint (6) → [WijzigEdit] (7)

  • Vul de gegevens voor de SharePoint verbinding inEnter the details for the SharePoint connection:

    • Naam = Naam van de SharePoint verbinding Name of the SharePoint connection ('SharePoint')

    • URL = Naam van de Name of SharePoint Site waar DocuFlow om connectie te maken met where DocuFlow connects to SharePoint

    • Authentication type
      Koppeling van met het Linking from with the SharePoint service account. ZieSee: Creëer een Create a service account in SharePoint

      • OAuth
        De ‘OAuth’ authenticatie wordt eenvoudig verkregen via de button [Authenticatie].

        • Geef daarna het SharePoint service account en wachtwoord in.

        • Waarna het account automatisch wordt gekoppeld aan DocuFlow.

      • Basic
        De ‘Basic’ authenticatie kan alleen worden ingezet, wanneer bij Service account geen MFA is ingesteld.
        In dit geval wordt van het SharePoint service account alleen gebruikersnaam (Service account) & wachtwoord ingevuld.

      • 'OAuth' authentication is easily obtained via the [Authentication] button.

        • Then enter the SharePoint service account and password.

        • After which the account is automatically linked to DocuFlow.

      • Basic
        The 'Basic' authentication can only be used, when no MFA is set at the Service account.
        In this case, of the SharePoint service account, only the username (Service account) & password is entered.

  • The service account may not yet have OAuth authentication granted to DocuFlow.
    Request it from your SharePoint administrator, via:
