1. Search for DocuFlow Settings in the App Launcher:

   

    

2. Press Settings:

   

3. Go to User management > Users. Choose the user and click Edit:

4. Go to External Systems and choose Salesforce:

5. If this is your own username, fill in your Salesforce User name (1), your Salesforce Password (2) and your Salesforce Security token (3), see Reset security token in Salesforce
   If you are creating a connection for somebody else, just fill in the user’s Salesforce User name (1):

6. Leave the Use service account checkbox unchecked, unless you use a dedicated service account to connect Salesforce and DocuFlow, see Use service account (optional).

7. Choose OK to save your settings.
