  • DocuServer is a windows service that runs DocuFlow processes in the background.

  • Specially designed to efficiently process and centrally manage outbound, inbound, existing, simple and complex Word, PDF, report and email processes.

  • This installation page is intended for all users of DocuServer.

Step by Step

  1. Make sure the Windows service 'DocuServer' is stopped.

     

  2. Prior to installation, check which DocuServer version is already active (32-bit or 64-bit).
    If the software is already installed in the "Program Files" folder, the 64-bit version is present.

    If the software is already installed in the "Program Files (x86)" folder, then the 32-bit version of DocuServer is present.

  3. Go to the Documizers download portal and log in with your e-mail address and your Microsoft password.
    If you do not already have a Microsoft account, you will be asked to verify your e-mail address. In that case, the screen below will appear:

    Click Send Code, enter the code sent to you by email, and click Verify. If necessary, check "Stay logged in" so you don't have to verify your e-mail address again next time.

  4. Download the appropriate installation from the DocuServer folder (Office 32bits or Office 64bits).

  5. Make sure the downloaded file is in a local folder (e.g., C:\Gebruikers\Gebruikersnaam\Downloads).

  6. Double-click the downloaded file to start the installation.

  7. Depending on the settings in Windows, the screen below may appear. In that case, click More information and Run anyway:

  8. Re-activate the Windows service "DocuServer.
