Roles are groups of templates and text blocks where a user has the right to use them.
Each user can be assigned multiple roles.

Go to: DocuBuilder Settings → User management → Roles → [Create] or [Edit]

Users who are assigned to this role.
Changes through [Members] (2) where members (users) are selected and and moved to the right (3).

Template rights

Templates associated with this role.
Changes through [Template rights] (2) where templates are selected and and moved to the right (3).

For assigning roles to templates the user does not necessarily have to have administrator rights. As a template manager it is possible to assign roles to the templates via the template management. See also Template Properties - Tabblad: Rights

Text Block rights

Text blocks belonging to this role.
Changes through [Text block rights] (2) where the text blocks are selected and and moved to the right (3).

For assigning roles to text blocks, the user does not necessarily have to have administrator rights. As a template manager it is possible to assign roles via the template management to the text blocks. See also Text block properties - Tabblad: Rights
