Activate account
When you purchase our software, Documizers will request an account for you from Evidos. This account must be activated before you can use it.
Step by Step
During the intake interview, it is agreed which e-mail address will be used to link with Evidos (ondertekenen.nl).
Documizers will request an account for you.
You will receive an email from noreply@signhost.com with a request to activate your account. Please note! You have 1 week to activate this account!

During activation, you will be asked to set a password. Keep this password safe!
After activation, you can log in to ondertekenen.nl (or directly at https://portal.signhost.com) with the e-mail address and password of your choice.
Tip: Use a central e-mail address!
Since the e-mail address will be used for e-mails to and from document signers, we recommend using a dedicated digital signature e-mail address. Make sure you have access to the e-mail address yourself, but keep in mind that anyone with access to this e-mail address will also have access to all signed documents. Examples of such a central e-mail address are:
sign@yourcompanyname.nl
digitalsignature@yourcompanyname.com
communication@yourcompanyname.co.uk
