The house style is selected and the stationary is changed. The templates can be changed now.
There are many possibilities here. You can go as far as you want, from add text blocks and templates, or even a complete lay-out.
Before you want to make major adjustments, please read the Knowledge Base Beheer sjablonen en tekstblokken or follow an online training of Documizers.

To edit the templates and text blocks, the DocuBuilder template manager must be installed and the user must have the appropriate rights for this.

Step by Step

1. Open the desired template in MS-Word

Go to MS-Word → DocuBuilder Settings → [Open / Manage]
Select the desired chapter and template.

2. Edit the templates in MS-Word

Make the changes to the template as desired.

3. Save the edited template.

Go to 'DocuBuilder settings' → [Save] / [Save and close]

The edited template is directly available for all users (smile)
