After the corporate identity has been selected, the letterhead has to be edited with the right logos and other information.
There are central text blocks within DocuBuilder for this purpose. By editing these text blocks, the letterhead for all templates will be changed.

In order to be able to change templates and text blocks, the DocuBuilder template manager has to be installed and the user has to have the rights to make changes to these.
For further installation, see: https://documizers.atlassian.net/l/c/PAXVKbNY

Content

Step by Step

1. Open the text block with the desired Lay-out in MS Word

Go to MS-Word → DocuBuilder Settings → [Open / Manage] → ‘Letterhead’ → Select the text block → [Open]

Select the text block group ‘Letterhead’ which consists of all text blocks for the letterhead.
In 'Layout 1' and 'Layout 2', the letterhead is divided over 2 pages (Main sheet and Follow sheet)

2. Customize the text block with letterhead in MS-Word

Change the logo and eventual other information.
As much as possible, keep the positions intact so that they do not conflict with the layout of the templates.

For further extended possibilities see the separate Knowledge Base for template management. Beheer sjablonen en tekstblokken

3. Save the changed text block with letterhead

Go to 'DocuBuilder settings' → [Save] / [Save and close]

The adjusted letterhead is directly operational for all templates (smile)
