After DocuFlow has been successfully linked to your AFAS environment, the users who are going to create documents from AFAS Insite or Microsoft Word need to be

Modify password temporary user firstsetup@documizers.com

On this first launch of the setup, a temporary user firstsetup@documizers.com is used.
To change this, see: Modifying Password temporary user

After DocuFlow is successfully linked to your AFAS environment, users need to be created.

  1. Start DocuFlow → [Users] → [Add user] - fill in the user data.

     

  2. Further detailed description for the user management can be found via DocuFlow users
