Step 4: Documizers App connector
The App connector in AFAS controls which GetConnectors may be used by DocuBuilder and/or DocuFlow.

Create new App connector
Step by Step
In AFAS, choose General and then under Administration for App connector:
Create a new App connector called 'Documizers' and for the user group, choose the group of employees that will be using DocuBuilder and/or DocuFlow. In the example below, the user group 'Everyone' will have access to this App connector:
Click Finish to create the App connector. You will now enter the properties of the App connector:
Uncheck the box next to 'Blocked'. An 'Environment key' will now automatically appear. The API key and the environment key are needed later for setting up DocuBuilder and/or DocuFlow.
Add GetConnectors, UpdateConnectors and Connectors to App connector
Step by Step
Click on the GetConnectors tab and then click New to add GetConnectors to the App connector. Add the GetConnectors below

Click on the UpdateConnectors tab and then click New to add UpdateConnectors to the App connector. Add the following UpdateConnectors:

Create user fire for Documizers user
Step by Step
On the User Tokens tab, click New, select the Documizers admin user, enter a description, and click Next:
A token now appears on the screen. Via the 'Copy' button it can be copied to the clipboard. Paste this into the email sent to Documizers (see Step 6a: Connect DocuBuilder with AFAS)
